As a result of these business relationships, major collaborative projects are being undertaken in the national/international pharmaceutical & diagnostics sectors; the development of most important passenger and trade logistics facilities in Western China; development of a key petrochemical site in Jiangsu Province; paper mill, power station, shipyard and port construction/redevelopment in Shandong and the design of special product ships (LPG/LNG).

ECDL provides business development services to selected enterprises in Europe and the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). The services often form the introductory link to governmental and quasi-governmental organisations at each end of the transaction chain.
Working relationships are progressively being set in place with organisations such as the UK Trade & Industry Department, UK Regional Development Agencies (and their equivalent in other European countries), PRC Provincial and Municipal Government authorities and other key investment/commercial entities.
This affords TLGH/ECDL with the opportunity to enter into the investment/joint venture arena on behalf of very substantial partners, both within and outside China, in a major way.
EUROPE-YUNNAN ASSOCIATES LTD
EYAL provides a full range of marketing services to targeted business environments in Europe and the Southwest Provinces of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) respectively.
EYAL has access to a wealth of projects open to investment in Yunnan, which represents a multi-billion US dollar opportunity.
The role that EYAL has set itself is that of seeking out and facilitating
investment, trade, industry and cultural partnerships/business deals between
the Provincial/Metropolitan authorities responsible for the SW China Region,
as defined above, especially Yunnan governmental and commercial interests.
Being one of the first businesses to undertake the objectives outlined in
this plan has in itself given rise to a substantial competitive advantage,
in the knowledge that commercial relationships can take a considerable amount
of time to be put in place.
